Job Title: Director of Recruiting
Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Recruiting is a key executive leader responsible for
shaping and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. In this
role, you will lead high-level recruitment initiatives, manage cross-functional
teams, and partner with senior leadership to ensure the organization attracts
and retains top talent. Your strategic vision and expertise in innovative
recruiting practices will drive a robust employer brand and support the
company’s long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term
recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on
talent acquisition trends, market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment
team to achieve aggressive hiring targets and maintain high standards of
candidate quality.
- Establish clear performance metrics, manage resource
allocation, and foster professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders and department
heads to identify talent needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Advise on market intelligence, competitive salary
benchmarking, and candidate engagement to support strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee initiatives to enhance the candidate journey and
strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to
develop and promote a compelling employer brand across multiple channels.
- Utilize recruitment analytics and key performance
indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and
implement continuous improvements.
- Optimize the end-to-end recruiting process, leveraging
technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing
platforms.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies,
job boards, and technology vendors to ensure the highest quality sourcing
channels are in place.
- Evaluate new tools and platforms to keep the organization
at the forefront of innovative recruiting practices.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives by
developing recruitment strategies that attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure that all recruitment practices are equitable,
unbiased, and aligned with the company’s commitment to diversity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant advanced
certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
or recruiting, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing
recruitment strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
