Job Title: Director of Recruiting
Job
Summary:
The Director of Recruiting – Entry Level will support the strategic direction
and execution of the organization’s recruitment efforts. Under close mentorship
from senior leadership, you will learn to design, implement, and optimize
recruiting strategies that attract top talent. This role offers a unique
opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to develop
management skills, gain hands-on experience in high-level recruiting processes,
and eventually evolve into a full director-level role.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist
in the development and execution of recruiting strategies that align with the
company’s overall talent objectives.
- Participate
in strategy sessions and learn to analyze market trends, workforce planning,
and competitive salary benchmarking.
- Support
the full-cycle recruiting process including job posting, candidate sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Assist
in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through innovative
sourcing techniques and talent networking.
- Work
closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand staffing needs
and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Coordinate
with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist
in tracking key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire,
candidate quality) to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Contribute
to generating regular reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision
making.
- Engage
in ongoing training and mentorship programs focused on leadership development
and advanced recruiting strategies.
- Identify
opportunities for process improvements and innovative practices within the
recruiting function.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is
required.
- Recent
graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience (including
internships) are welcome.
- Demonstrated
interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR through academic projects or
previous internships.
