This executive role ensures strict compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, and other relevant codes while driving operational excellence across shop and field fabrication for water treatment and industrial projects.
Lead the fabrication of pressure vessels (ASME Section VIII) and piping systems (ASME B31.1/B31.3) for water treatment facilities and modular process units.
Supervise manufacturing processes including cutting, forming, welding, heat treatment, NDT, and pressure testing.
Manage shop workflows, capacity planning, and interface with design, procurement, and construction teams.
Ensure full compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, and client specifications for all fabricated components.
Maintain all required documentation such as WPS/PQRs, welder certifications, traveler packages, and QA/QC inspection reports.
Oversee audits, ASME code stamping, third-party inspection coordination, and quality assurance programs.
Lead and mentor fabrication engineers, welding supervisors, QA/QC staff, and skilled tradespeople.
Build a strong safety culture and enforce EHS standards in fabrication environments.
Support technical training and continuous improvement of shop and field fabrication practices.
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and clients to align fabrication outputs with project milestones.
Participate in design reviews to ensure fabricability and code-compliant construction planning.
