Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Develop campaign strategies that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights and A/B testing results to maximize ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
Content & SEO Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-optimized content that supports campaign goals.
- Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product marketing to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and execution.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing) and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
Project Management:
