Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in executing effective digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
    • Develop campaign strategies that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms.
    • Adjust strategies based on data insights and A/B testing results to maximize ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Content & SEO Management:

    • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-optimized content that supports campaign goals.
    • Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Budget & Resource Management:

    • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across various channels.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product marketing to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and execution.
    • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.


Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing) and best practices.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Project Management:

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Proven experience in managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various departments.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    • In Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) are a plus.

Experience

  • Relevant Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
    • Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
