Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives and drive our online growth. In this executive role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage high-performing teams, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction & Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
    • Set long-term goals, establish KPIs, and ensure all digital initiatives contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Campaign Oversight & Optimization:

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance optimization of integrated digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and other channels.
    • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance, perform A/B testing, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Team & Resource Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of digital marketing professionals.
    • Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and use of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments including Sales, IT, Product, and Creative to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
    • Serve as the primary digital marketing liaison to senior leadership, providing regular performance updates and strategic insights.
  • Innovation & Trend Monitoring:

    • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage in the digital space.


Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:

    • Extensive knowledge of digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking:

    • Ability to synthesize data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
    • Experience with performance measurement, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Leadership & Communication:

    • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital advertising platforms, and basic web technologies.
    • Strong competency in budget management and resource allocation.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    • In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced Education (Preferred):
    • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing.
  • Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar are highly desirable.

Experience

    • Experience in executing multi-channel digital campaigns that have delivered measurable business growth.
