Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in UI/UX design, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, branding, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to lead and execute complex design projects with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, and the latest design trends and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced expertise in digital design, UI/UX, branding, motion graphics, and user engagement.
Experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong track record of leadership and innovation in design roles.
- Extensive experience in designing and leading projects for high-profile brands or products.
- Proven success in guiding design teams and driving the creative vision for major projects.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes, working closely with developers to implement designs.
