We are seeking an experienced and reliable DCS/SCADA Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and SCADA platforms in a plant control room environment. The role is responsible for ensuring continuous monitoring, safe plant operation, and coordination with field teams for optimal process performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with control systems and strong leadership skills to oversee a team of control room operators.
Supervise the operation of DCS/SCADA systems to ensure continuous monitoring and control of plant processes.
Manage shift schedules, operator duties, and ensure proper shift handover and documentation.
Monitor alarms, process parameters, and system performance; coordinate timely resolution with field technicians and maintenance teams.
Perform minor configuration changes and assist engineers in implementing logic updates, HMI modifications, and system tuning.
Ensure control room personnel follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures.
Maintain system logs, event tracking, and generate reports for operational analysis.
Conduct routine inspections of control systems, coordinate testing, backups, and system health checks.
Train and mentor junior operators, ensuring technical competency and compliance with operational protocols.
Support plant startup, shutdown, and emergency response activities under the direction of operations leadership.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
5–8 years of experience in control room operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Practical experience with DCS/SCADA platforms such as Yokogawa, Siemens PCS7, ABB, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell, or GE iFIX
Solid understanding of plant processes, automation logic, and safety interlocks
Ability to manage shift teams, delegate tasks, and maintain operational discipline
Good communication skills and attention to detail
