We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior DCS/SCADA Supervisor to lead the control room operations, oversee the performance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and SCADA platforms, and ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of plant processes. This role acts as the technical authority for control system operations and supports troubleshooting, system upgrades, alarm rationalization, and team supervision. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of plant automation systems and a proven ability to lead shift teams in a mission-critical environment.
Supervise and lead the control room operations team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and control of plant processes via DCS/SCADA platforms.
Respond to abnormal conditions, system alarms, and emergency situations to maintain plant safety and continuity.
Troubleshoot and analyze complex control issues, initiate corrective actions, and escalate unresolved problems.
Implement and oversee modifications in control logic, HMI graphics, interlocks, and tag structures in coordination with automation engineers.
Review and optimize alarm management strategies and participate in HAZOP and SIL-related control activities.
Ensure proper shift handover, accurate event logging, and real-time communication with field and operations personnel.
Conduct performance trending, root cause analysis, and reporting of key process indicators.
Support system backups, upgrades, patching, and cybersecurity compliance (ISA/IEC 62443).
Lead training and mentoring for junior control room operators and technical staff.
Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and engineering consultants for system enhancements and lifecycle upgrades.

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
8–12+ years of hands-on experience with DCS/SCADA systems in industrial facilities, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
Expertise with platforms such as Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa Centum VP, Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, or GE iFIX
Strong knowledge of process operations, functional safety (IEC 61511), alarm rationalization, and emergency handling
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.) and OT cybersecurity basics
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
