We are seeking a qualified and hands-on DCS/SCADA Supervisor – Mid-Level to oversee the real-time operation and performance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and SCADA platforms in a plant or control room environment. This role is responsible for supervising control room activities, supporting system troubleshooting, and coordinating with field teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operation. The ideal candidate will have solid technical experience with control systems, process monitoring, and team coordination.
Supervise control room operations and ensure continuous monitoring of plant processes via DCS/SCADA systems.
Respond to process alarms, troubleshoot control logic issues, and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for corrective actions.
Implement configuration changes (e.g., logic updates, HMI modifications, tag additions) in collaboration with automation engineers.
Maintain accurate logs of system events, plant parameters, and operator actions for reporting and audit purposes.
Support system backup procedures, routine checks, and interface diagnostics to ensure DCS/SCADA system reliability.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior operators and control room staff.
Participate in commissioning activities, loop checks, and startup/shutdown operations.
Ensure adherence to operational safety procedures, cybersecurity policies, and plant SOPs.
Liaise with vendors and system integrators during scheduled maintenance or upgrades.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering
3–7 years of experience operating or supervising DCS/SCADA systems in industrial facilities
Hands-on experience with systems like Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa Centum, Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, or GE iFIX
Working knowledge of process operations, industrial safety, and control logic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or emergency callouts as needed
