We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Junior DCS/SCADA Supervisor to assist in the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of Distributed Control System (DCS) and SCADA platforms within industrial plant operations. This entry-to-mid level role supports senior control room staff in ensuring safe and continuous process control and offers growth into advanced supervisory roles with experience and training.
Assist in the day-to-day monitoring and control of plant operations through DCS and SCADA systems.
Support alarm handling, fault diagnosis, and coordination with field teams for corrective actions.
Perform basic configuration changes under supervision, such as tag updates, graphic modifications, and logic verification.
Ensure real-time data accuracy and escalate any system abnormalities or communication failures.
Participate in shift handovers and maintain operational logs and control room documentation.
Collaborate with maintenance and automation teams for planned testing and system backups.
Follow all safety protocols and report control system issues to senior supervisors.
Assist with data extraction, trend analysis, and operational reporting as required.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering

Familiarity with systems such as Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell Experion, Yokogawa Centum, or GE iFIX
Understanding of industrial processes and basic control logic
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn in a control room environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs
