Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional to support our inside sales and customer service operations within the Instrumentation & Control division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical proposals in coordination with the sales team
- Assist in processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate order entry
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project statuses
- Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and basic technical clarifications
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate as needed
- Help in maintaining customer databases and CRM systems
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer service role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control systems is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience in handling technical quotations or product documentation
- Familiarity with industrial or process automation equipment
