Job Title: Customer Service Registration

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Customer Service Registration Representative (Junior Level) to support registration and onboarding processes. In this role, you’ll assist customers with account setup, data entry, and basic service inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:
    Support customers with registration forms, account setup, and general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
    Provide clear and helpful information in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Data Entry & Verification:
    Enter customer details into registration systems accurately and efficiently.
    Ensure all submitted information is complete, correct, and compliant with company standards.

  • Documentation Support:
    Collect and file registration documents as required, following organizational and data protection guidelines.
    Help maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.

  • Process Adherence:
    Follow standard operating procedures for registration, onboarding, and information handling.
    Escalate issues or incomplete registrations to supervisors when needed.

  • Customer Experience:
    Maintain a helpful, service-oriented attitude throughout all interactions.
    Strive to ensure a smooth and positive registration experience for every customer.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus)

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, clerical work, or administrative support

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry tools or CRM systems

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
