Customer Assistance:
Support customers with registration forms, account setup, and general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide clear and helpful information in a courteous and professional manner.
Data Entry & Verification:
Enter customer details into registration systems accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all submitted information is complete, correct, and compliant with company standards.
Documentation Support:
Collect and file registration documents as required, following organizational and data protection guidelines.
Help maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.
Process Adherence:
Follow standard operating procedures for registration, onboarding, and information handling.
Escalate issues or incomplete registrations to supervisors when needed.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a helpful, service-oriented attitude throughout all interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus)
0–2 years of experience in customer service, clerical work, or administrative support
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry tools or CRM systems
