We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Registration Assistant (Fresh Level) to support our customer registration and onboarding process. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the workforce who are eager to learn and grow within a professional administrative and customer-facing environment. You will assist with data entry, customer communication, and documentation tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
Customer Registration Support:
Assist customers with registration forms, account creation, and general onboarding steps.
Provide clear, friendly, and helpful communication via phone, email, or in-person.
Data Entry & Accuracy:
Enter customer information into registration systems accurately and efficiently.
Double-check data for completeness and flag any inconsistencies to supervisors.
Documentation Handling:
Organize and file registration documents, both digitally and physically, according to company policies.
Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially and securely.
Customer Service:
Respond to basic customer questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all interactions.
Administrative Support:
Assist the team with general administrative duties related to registration workflows.
Participate in training and onboarding sessions to build knowledge of tools, systems, and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus)
No prior experience required — training will be provided
