Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Associate (Fresh Level) to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and looking to grow in a customer-facing role. You will assist with basic customer inquiries, support onboarding processes, and ensure customers have a positive and seamless experience.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
Onboarding Assistance:
Help new customers complete setup or registration procedures.
Guide them through their initial experience with our services or platform.
Issue Escalation:
Identify and escalate more complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Ensure all customer concerns are followed up appropriately.
CRM & Recordkeeping:
Accurately log customer interactions and updates in the CRM or support software.
Maintain up-to-date and organized records of communications and resolutions.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey.
Uphold a positive, helpful attitude in all interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools (CRM, ticketing systems)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and reliability
