We are looking for a Senior Curriculum Developer with a strong technical background and a passion for creating industry-relevant, learner-centered IT training programs. This role requires both subject matter expertise and mastery of instructional design principles.
4–7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical education
Experience in developing curriculum for professional certification or enterprise-level IT training preferred
Lead the design and development of IT training programs across domains such as software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, and cybersecurity
Create detailed lesson plans, instructor guides, labs, assessments, and e-learning modules
Apply adult learning principles, learning experience design, and pedagogical best practices
Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy and engagement
Analyze learner feedback and performance data to iterate and improve training offerings
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the standardization of curriculum development practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Instructional design certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, IDOL) is a plus
Deep knowledge of IT concepts and tools (e.g., Git, Python, AWS, SQL, Kubernetes, etc.)
Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Rise, etc.)
Familiarity with learning analytics, e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), and accessibility compliance
Excellent instructional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Project planning and agile content development skills
