We are seeking a strategic and experienced Curriculum Development Manager to lead a team in designing and delivering best-in-class IT training content. This role requires a blend of educational leadership, people management, and technical proficiency.
8+ years of experience in curriculum development or technical education, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Own the end-to-end curriculum strategy for IT training across domains and levels
Lead, coach, and manage a team of curriculum developers and instructional designers
Drive the development of scalable learning content for online, hybrid, and instructor-led formats
Partner with industry experts, trainers, and business leaders to align content with workforce and certification demands
Ensure instructional quality, technical depth, and learner engagement across all offerings
Set processes, standards, and metrics for evaluating curriculum effectiveness and performance
Manage curriculum project pipelines, timelines, and budgets
Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field
Certification in instructional leadership or learning & development (e.g., CPLP, PMP) preferred
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience designing content for modern IT topics: AI, DevOps, Cloud, Security, Data
Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning frameworks
Proficiency with authoring tools, LMSs, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Articulate, Moodle, GitHub, Confluence)
Data-driven decision-making and strong presentation skills
