We are seeking a motivated Junior Curriculum Developer to support the design and development of engaging, technically sound training materials for IT learning programs. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals passionate about education, technology, and instructional design.
0–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical writing (internship or academic experience acceptable)
Assist in designing and developing training modules for IT courses (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data science)
Research and curate content under the guidance of senior team members
Develop slide decks, handouts, quizzes, and lab activities based on instructional objectives
Support the update of course materials in response to feedback or technology updates
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to align content with learning outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of IT concepts (programming, networking, cloud, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Exposure to authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus
Strong written communication and organization skills
Eagerness to learn instructional design principles and adult learning theory
