Job Title: Curriculum Developer (Junior Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Curriculum Developer to support the design and development of engaging, technically sound training materials for IT learning programs. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals passionate about education, technology, and instructional design.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical writing (internship or academic experience acceptable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing training modules for IT courses (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data science)

  • Research and curate content under the guidance of senior team members

  • Develop slide decks, handouts, quizzes, and lab activities based on instructional objectives

  • Support the update of course materials in response to feedback or technology updates

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to align content with learning outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Skills & Tools

  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts (programming, networking, cloud, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

  • Exposure to authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus

  • Strong written communication and organization skills

  • Eagerness to learn instructional design principles and adult learning theory
