Job Title: Culinary Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Culinary Expert (Junior Level) to join our culinary team and support daily kitchen operations. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational culinary training or experience who are eager to develop their skills further and take on more active roles in food preparation, cooking, and service. Under the supervision of senior chefs, you’ll help maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation & Cooking Support:
    Assist with preparing and cooking ingredients according to recipes and portion guidelines.
    Support meal service by maintaining food quality and timely preparation.

  • Kitchen Operations:
    Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and tools.
    Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices at all times.

  • Menu Execution:
    Support the preparation of specific dishes during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service depending on your station.
    Help ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

  • Team Coordination:
    Work closely with chefs, sous chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow.
    Communicate clearly during shifts and support the team during peak hours.

  • Inventory & Supplies:
    Assist in checking inventory levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or restocking needs.
    Help with receiving and storing deliveries properly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (or equivalent hands-on experience)

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation role

  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and food safety standards

  • Familiarity with working in high-volume or hospitality-driven environments (hotels, resorts, restaurants)
