Job Description: Content Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Content Marketing to lead and elevate our content initiatives across multiple platforms. In this executive role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure that our content efforts are fully integrated into our overall marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
    • Develop and implement a long-term content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
    • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure the success of content initiatives.
  • Team & Project Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing content marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
    • Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely production and publication of high-quality content.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Drive the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging content across various channels including blogs, social media, email, video, and more.
    • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and digital engagement, adhering to brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns that maximize content impact.
    • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to expand content reach and influence.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance and derive actionable insights.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance data and industry trends to continually improve content effectiveness.
  • Market Research & Innovation:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging content marketing techniques.
    • Drive innovation by testing new content formats and channels to enhance audience engagement.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree:
    • In Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Advanced Education (Preferred):
    • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications is a plus.
