Job
Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager – Entry Level will support the
development, administration, and analysis of the company’s compensation and
benefits programs. Under the guidance of senior HR professionals, you will
learn how to design competitive pay structures, manage benefits programs, and
ensure compliance with legal requirements. This role is ideal for fresh
graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in HR
analytics, program administration, and strategic compensation management.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist
in the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs,
including salary reviews, bonus structures, and employee benefit plans.
- Help
maintain accurate records in HR systems and support routine audits to ensure
data accuracy and compliance.
- Support
the analysis of compensation data and market trends to ensure that the
company’s programs remain competitive.
- Generate
regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics for review by senior
management.
- Identify
opportunities to streamline administrative processes and support the
implementation of new tools or software that enhance compensation and benefits
management.
- Participate
in projects aimed at evaluating and updating existing policies and procedures.
- Assist
in the preparation of communications and materials that explain compensation
and benefits programs to employees.
- Provide
basic support in responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation or
benefit issues.
- Help
ensure that all programs adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company
policies.
- Keep
current with industry best practices and trends to support continuous
improvement in program design.

with HR programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
is required.
- Relevant
coursework or certifications in compensation and benefits, HR analytics, or HR
management are a plus.
- Fresh
graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant internship or work
experience are welcome.
- Exposure
to HR systems or data analysis tools through academic projects or internships
is advantageous.
