Job Title: Commercial Sales 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Commercial Sales Executive to lead and manage high-impact sales efforts across key markets. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying new business opportunities to closing high-value deals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to junior team members, and a strategic partner to internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who combines deep market knowledge with outstanding relationship-building and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Identify and target high-value prospects in alignment with company growth strategy.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of mid to enterprise-level clients.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations, discovery calls, and strategic solution planning.

• Account Development & Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer timelines.

• Proposal Development & Negotiation:

  • Craft tailored proposals and business cases that clearly articulate value and ROI.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals efficiently and profitably.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with customer needs.

  • Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product and service improvements.

• Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress to leadership.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Strategic planning and high-level business development

  • Building trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Solution selling in competitive or complex markets

  • Consistent achievement of revenue goals and performance targets

  • Coaching and supporting junior sales team members when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 5+ years of successful experience in commercial or consultative sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment

  • Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
