We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Commercial Sales Executive to lead and manage high-impact sales efforts across key markets. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying new business opportunities to closing high-value deals. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to junior team members, and a strategic partner to internal teams. Identify and target high-value prospects in alignment with company growth strategy.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of mid to enterprise-level clients.
Lead consultative sales conversations, discovery calls, and strategic solution planning.
Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer timelines.
Craft tailored proposals and business cases that clearly articulate value and ROI.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals efficiently and profitably.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with customer needs.
Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress to leadership.
Strategic planning and high-level business development

Coaching and supporting junior sales team members when needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of successful experience in commercial or consultative sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
