Job Title: Commercial Sales 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive (Mid-Level) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience who is ready to manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. You will work independently and collaboratively, handling prospecting, client engagement, solution presentation, and deal closure with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.

  • Use a mix of channels—phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings—to build a healthy sales pipeline.

• Client Engagement & Qualification:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Apply qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) to assess sales opportunities.

• Solution Selling & Presentations:

  • Present products or services in a compelling way, highlighting business value and return on investment.

  • Customize presentations and proposals to align with client requirements.

• Proposal & Negotiation:

  • Prepare tailored proposals and pricing packages for mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

• CRM & Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications in the CRM.

  • Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the sales manager.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Driving qualified leads through to close

  • Balancing outbound prospecting with inbound follow-up

  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams

  • Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets

  • Growing accounts and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (commercial or consultative selling)

  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and solution selling techniques
