We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales team and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, manage high-value client relationships, and collaborate across departments to align sales efforts with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and mentoring team members toward peak performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of commercial sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Set clear objectives, track performance, and provide ongoing training and support.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth across key markets and sectors.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Personally manage and develop relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts.
Assist the team in closing complex deals, providing support in negotiation and solution alignment.
Establish and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and use of best practices.
Oversee accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align on go-to-market strategies and customer experience.
Provide feedback to improve offerings, messaging, and support based on client insights.
