Job Title: Commercial Sales 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales team and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, manage high-value client relationships, and collaborate across departments to align sales efforts with business goals. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and mentoring team members toward peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of commercial sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Set clear objectives, track performance, and provide ongoing training and support.

• Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth across key markets and sectors.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

• Key Account Management:

  • Personally manage and develop relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts.

  • Assist the team in closing complex deals, providing support in negotiation and solution alignment.

• Sales Process Optimization:

  • Establish and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and use of best practices.

  • Oversee accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align on go-to-market strategies and customer experience.

  • Provide feedback to improve offerings, messaging, and support based on client insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, solution selling, and sales operations

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and sales performance tools
