Job Title: Commercial Sales 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Commercial Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end sales process—contributing to lead generation, client communication, and proposal development—while working under the guidance of senior team members. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Research target industries and identify potential clients.

  • Assist in outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to generate new leads.

• Sales Support & Client Engagement:

  • Participate in initial client calls and help qualify prospects based on business needs.

  • Support sales presentations and assist in preparing tailored proposals.

• Follow-Up & Relationship Building:

  • Help maintain ongoing communication with leads and clients to move deals forward.

  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and schedule follow-ups.

• CRM & Documentation:

  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Track interactions, prepare summaries, and assist in sales activity reporting.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Developing foundational sales and client communication skills

  • Gaining hands-on experience in the full sales cycle

  • Learning to understand customer needs and translate them into opportunities

  • Building confidence in presenting and negotiating

  • Supporting team goals while growing individual contributions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and CRM systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a sales role
