Job Title: Commercial Sales 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Entry-Level Commercial Sales Executive. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client engagement and solution presentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify and research potential customers across target industries.

  • Assist in outreach through calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospects.

• Customer Interaction & Qualification:

  • Support initial conversations with leads to understand their needs and business challenges.

  • Help assess whether potential clients are a good fit for our offerings.

• Sales Support:

  • Join discovery meetings with senior sales team members to learn how to identify customer pain points.

  • Assist in preparing customized presentations, proposals, and product demos.

• Follow-up & Pipeline Management:

  • Support the follow-up process with prospects to keep deals moving forward.

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused career

  • Basic knowledge of sales principles or customer engagement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
