Identify and research potential customers across target industries.
Assist in outreach through calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospects.
Support initial conversations with leads to understand their needs and business challenges.
Help assess whether potential clients are a good fit for our offerings.
Join discovery meetings with senior sales team members to learn how to identify customer pain points.
Assist in preparing customized presentations, proposals, and product demos.
Support the follow-up process with prospects to keep deals moving forward.
Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Basic knowledge of sales principles or customer engagement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
