Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of cloud consultants, ensuring effective project delivery and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional consulting services tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Project Oversight: Manage the execution of cloud consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement comprehensive cloud strategies that align with client goals and drive business value.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and support the professional development of cloud consultants to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Cloud Expertise: Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with related technologies.
- Project Management: Strong experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to effectively manage project lifecycles.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor consultants, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Client-Facing Skills: Expertise in managing client expectations, presenting innovative solutions, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Strong focus on optimizing cloud consulting processes and driving operational excellence to enhance service delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
