Job Summary

A Junior Cloud Consultant is an entry-level role responsible for supporting senior cloud consultants in implementing cloud strategies, analyzing client needs, and assisting in the deployment of cloud solutions. This role focuses on learning the basics of cloud technologies and consulting practices while assisting in day-to-day project tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cloud computing and a strong desire to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Assist in gathering client requirements and understanding business needs to ensure tailored cloud solutions.
• Cloud Strategy Support: Support senior consultants in developing cloud strategies for clients, contributing to the overall project goals.
• Solution Deployment: Assist in deploying cloud solutions and ensuring basic configuration of cloud environments to meet client specifications.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on the latest cloud technologies and trends to provide informed recommendations and insights.
• Documentation: Help in documenting cloud architecture, configurations, and implementations to maintain clear project records.
• Learning and Development: Actively learn and apply cloud computing best practices under the supervision of senior consultants, enhancing personal and professional growth.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Cloud Fundamentals: Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models, and common cloud services.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify simple technical issues and assist in their resolution effectively.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
