We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the overall technical direction and innovation strategy of the company. The CTO will be responsible for aligning engineering, automation, R&D, and technology development with the organization's business goals. This role plays a vital part in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing product and system capabilities, and spearheading digital transformation across all technical functions.
Define and lead the company’s long-term technical strategy, innovation roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee all technical departments including engineering, automation, R&D, digital systems, and IT infrastructure.
Guide the development, implementation, and standardization of cutting-edge technologies across business units.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and international codes (e.g., API, IEC, ISO, ISA).
Build and lead cross-functional engineering teams for project execution, asset optimization, and product development.
Lead strategic technology partnerships, vendor management, and licensing agreements.
Assess and mitigate technical risks associated with capital projects, system integration, and operational expansion.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support business development, operational strategy, and market competitiveness.
Monitor and adopt trends in automation, AI, IIoT, sustainability, and digital innovation applicable to industrial operations.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field); MBA or PhD is an advantage
20+ years of experience in engineering, automation, or technical management in industrial sectors (oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, etc.)
Proven track record in leading multi-site engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects
Expertise in automation, control systems, plant design, digital transformation, and industrial innovation
Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks (API, IEC, ISO, NEC, etc.) and emerging technologies
Executive leadership experience with excellent strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, Functional Safety, or Cybersecurity are a plus
