We are looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Mechanical Officer (CMO) / Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the mechanical engineering, technology innovation, and technical operations across the company. This executive role is responsible for setting the technical vision, driving innovation, ensuring engineering excellence, and aligning mechanical and technical functions with business goals. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with outstanding leadership, business acumen, and the ability to inspire large multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and communicate a clear technical vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
Lead innovation initiatives and oversee the development and deployment of advanced mechanical technologies.
Drive digital transformation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance engineering productivity and product performance.
Oversee all mechanical engineering activities including R&D, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and quality assurance frameworks across projects and operations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical leadership team across multiple disciplines.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive succession planning, career development, and talent acquisition.
Manage technical budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.
Optimize engineering workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize technical projects and investments.
Represent the company’s technical capabilities to clients, partners, investors, and industry forums.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product management, operations, sales, and other business units.
Report regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors on technical progress, risks, and opportunities.

Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management, or related field preferred
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in mechanical engineering or technology roles
Proven track record as a senior executive driving innovation and managing large technical organizations
Experience in industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable
Deep expertise in mechanical engineering principles, product development, and technology trends
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, engineering processes, and digital technologies
