Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
As a mid-level Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead and oversee the
daily operations of the HR function while working closely with senior
leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives. This
role bridges the gap between strategic HR planning and operational execution.
You will manage key HR processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and
foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement,
talent management, and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment,
onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly
implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate
high-level HR strategies into actionable plans.
- Monitor HR metrics and performance indicators to support
continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Drive initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and
development.
- Coordinate succession planning and leadership development
programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee
engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace
environment.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local and national
employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports
to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g.,
SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated
leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations and
implementing HR programs in a dynamic environment.
