Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to support the HR leadership team in executing strategic HR initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources, workforce planning, and organizational development. The candidate will assist in managing HR functions, implementing policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing and executing HR policies and strategies.
- Support in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Research and recommend improvements to HR processes.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Participate in workforce planning and talent management programs.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategies.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Support HR leadership in fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and surveys.
- Address basic employee concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
4. Performance Management & Training:
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
- Support learning and development programs for employees.
- Track and monitor training initiatives for workforce improvement.
5. Compensation & Benefits Support:
- Assist in salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Support HR teams in managing payroll processes and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
6. HR Data & Reporting:
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for senior management.
- Analyze workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in HR analytics and reporting functions.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- 0-2 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level HR roles preferred).
- Exposure to HR processes, policies, or recruitment is an advantage.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
