Job Summary:
This entry-level CHRO position is part of a structured leadership development program designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong passion for human resources. Under the mentorship of senior HR leaders, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic HR management, policy development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to develop a deep understanding of HR practices and eventually evolve into a senior HR leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies that support the organization’s overall business goals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to learn how HR initiatives drive organizational success.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Help maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for review by senior HR leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and assist in resolving basic employee issues under supervision.
- Help coordinate communication strategies that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities, training sessions, and mentorship programs to develop strategic HR skills.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that provide exposure to high-level HR decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Relevant coursework or academic projects in HR strategy, data analytics, or leadership are advantageous.
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of internship or related work experience in HR are welcome.
- Exposure to HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, HRIS management) through internships or volunteer work is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and work with HR data and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to grow into a strategic leadership role with a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or participation in HR-related training programs are a bonus but not required at this entry level.
