Job Title: Chief Diversity Officer
Job
Summary:
The Chief Diversity Officer – Entry Level will support the development and
execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives under the guidance of senior
leadership. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career
professionals who are passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace and
eager to learn strategic D&I practices. You will assist in research,
program coordination, and policy development, gaining hands-on experience in
shaping a diverse organizational culture.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist
in the development and implementation of D&I strategies and initiatives
that promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Support
the planning and coordination of diversity training sessions, workshops, and
awareness campaigns.
- Conduct
research on best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various
industries.
- Gather
and analyze data on workforce diversity, employee engagement, and inclusion
metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Help
draft and review D&I policies, procedures, and communications to ensure
they align with organizational goals.
- Assist
in creating internal communications, newsletters, and presentations to promote
diversity initiatives.
- Work
collaboratively with HR, leadership, and employee resource groups to support
diversity efforts.
- Serve
as a point of contact for diversity-related inquiries and assist in organizing
diversity events and meetings.
- Participate
in mentorship and training programs to develop expertise in diversity
management and leadership.
- Stay
updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and emerging practices related
to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a
related field.
- Relevant
coursework or projects in diversity, equity, and inclusion are advantageous.
- Recent
graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of internship or volunteer
experience in HR, D&I initiatives, or related fields are welcome.
- Demonstrated
passion for diversity, inclusion, and social equity.
Skills
& Competencies:
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively across different teams.
- Excellent
research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail in data collection
and reporting.
- Proactive
mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools
is a plus.
- Any
introductory certifications or training in diversity and inclusion or HR are a
bonus but not required.
