Job Title: Mid-Level - Cell Towers Upgrade and Maintenance
Job Summary:
The Mid-Level Cell Towers Upgrade and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the hands-on maintenance, upgrade, and repair of cellular tower equipment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, troubleshooting techniques, and field experience in cellular network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead junior technicians during tower installations and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on cellular towers.
- Perform upgrades and retrofits of cellular infrastructure to meet current technological requirements.
- Inspect tower components and systems to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
- Create and implement maintenance schedules for towers.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for maintenance operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and upgrades.
- Work directly with clients or other departments to address specific needs.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Advanced knowledge of cellular systems and equipment (e.g., antennas, transmitters, and amplifiers).
- Proficient troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) systems and signal testing.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for team management.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
Educational Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Certifications in tower climbing or tower maintenance are highly preferred.

Experience:
