Job Title: Junior - Cell Towers Upgrade and Maintenance
Job Summary:
The Junior Cell Towers Upgrade and Maintenance Specialist assists in the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cellular tower infrastructure. This entry-level role involves supporting senior engineers and technicians in ensuring that cell towers function efficiently, meet safety standards, and provide optimal network coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, inspection, and maintenance of cell towers.
Help troubleshoot and repair tower equipment, including antennas, cables, and transmitters.
Support testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Follow safety protocols when working at heights and handling heavy equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical and mechanical components of the tower.
Document work progress and maintenance logs.
Operate basic tools and equipment required for tower maintenance.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards for working at heights.
Basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certifications or training related to telecommunications (preferred but not required).
