Job Summary
The Director/VP of Cell Towers Upgrade and Maintenance provides strategic leadership in the planning, deployment, and long-term management of cellular tower infrastructure. This executive role focuses on innovation, regulatory compliance, and optimizing network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of cell tower upgrade and maintenance strategies to ensure optimal network performance.
- Direct and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Manage large-scale budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices in tower operations while maximizing resource utilization.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient, safe, and regulatory-compliant tower operations.
- Provide executive-level reports on performance metrics, financials, and future infrastructure needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate project success.
