The Junior Calibration Technician will assist in the calibration, testing, documentation, and maintenance of measurement instruments and sensors, specifically for temperature, pressure, pH, and conductivity. The technician will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and calibration protocols to ensure all instruments function within defined tolerances and meet regulatory compliance.
Assist in the calibration and verification of instruments and sensors used in production, quality control, utilities, and laboratory settings.
Operate calibration equipment such as dry block calibrators, pressure calibrators, multimeters, and reference probes.
Maintain accurate calibration records and document data as per GDP and ISO standards.
Support in scheduling and performing preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Learn and follow calibration procedures aligned with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, and GMP guidelines.
Assist in removing, installing, and troubleshooting field instruments under supervision.
Maintain calibration tools, devices, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Support in the identification and reporting of non-conforming instruments and initiate basic troubleshooting.
