Job Summary:
The Certified Public Accountant is responsible for managing financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and advisory functions to ensure the organization’s financial health and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Tax Compliance and Planning:
- Oversee tax preparation and filing for corporate and individual returns.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Auditing and Internal Controls:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Certification:
- CPA designation is mandatory.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting, tax, or audit.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
