Job Title: Business Development Executive (Recruitment Platform)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead growth for our recruitment platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business from large corporations, promoting our six core services (Raw CVs, Ready To Hire, Subscription, Corporate Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Temporary Staffing), and providing exceptional service to maintain long-term client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Finding Clients

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold-calling, and attending relevant events.
    • Build strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
  2. Selling

    • Present and demonstrate the value of our services—particularly Raw CVs, Ready To Hire, Subscription, Corporate Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Temporary Staffing—to decision-makers.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Continuously follow up with potential clients and existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
  3. Planning

    • Set achievable sales goals, forecast sales pipelines, and analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development activities.
  4. Customer Service

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on project status.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients.
    • Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in recruitment, HR services, or a similar B2B environment.
  • Sales & Negotiation:

    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Communication & Relationship Building:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and decision-makers.
    • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop targeted sales strategies.
    • Experience in forecasting sales and planning business development pipelines.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:

    • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Skilled at handling client queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Personal Attributes:
