Job Title: Fresher - Back-End Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Fresher - Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for server-side development, database management, and API integration. This role involves working closely with front-end developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications and APIs
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Design and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with back-end logic
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues
• Ensure security best practices in back-end development, including authentication and authorization
• Stay updated with the latest back-end technologies and best practices

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#)
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL - MySQL, PostgreSQL / NoSQL - MongoDB, Firebase)
• Knowledge of API development and integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL)
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Session-based Auth)
• Basic familiarity with server management and deployment (Docker, AWS, Firebase, or Heroku)
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in back-end development are a plus

Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in back-end development
• Fresh graduates with project experience or internships are encouraged to apply
