Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the automotive industry.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and manage the applicant tracking system efficiently.
