We are looking for a skilled and creative Mid-Level Architect to contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of architectural projects. This role involves a mix of design development, technical detailing, and project support responsibilities, with opportunities to take on greater design ownership and team coordination tasks.
Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with the senior architect or design lead.
Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure cohesive project documentation.
Participate in project planning, design development, and construction documentation phases.
Review drawings for compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements.
Assist in preparing and managing permit submissions and approval processes.
Attend client meetings, contribute to presentations, and support communication with stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of professional experience in architecture firms or similar environments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and building systems.
Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
