This position, at the Director/VP level, requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of airport operations and services, as well as a proven track record in recruitment and talent management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a robust network within the industry, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role is based in AE and offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of airport operations through effective recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for airport operations and services roles.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
