As a Senior 3D Modeler, you will lead the creation of high-fidelity 3D assets, define visual benchmarks, and contribute to the artistic direction of the project. You'll work cross-functionally with art, animation, and tech teams while mentoring junior talent and driving consistency across the asset pipeline.
Design and model complex, production-ready assets (characters, vehicles, environments) from concept to final implementation.
Set standards for modeling, UV workflows, PBR texturing, and in-engine asset integration.
Review and provide feedback to mid- and junior-level artists to maintain quality and consistency.
Partner with rigging, animation, and technical art to ensure assets are properly integrated and optimized.
Contribute to pipeline tools, documentation, and visual style development for the game.
5+ years of experience as a 3D artist in AAA or high-quality indie game development.
Mastery in tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Marmoset Toolbag.
Expert-level understanding of clean topology, LOD workflows, normal map baking, and material authoring.
Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine, including shader use, lighting considerations, and asset optimization.
Ability to lead by example, mentor junior artists, and contribute to team-wide art direction discussions
