As a 3D Artist, you will take ownership of end-to-end asset creation, including modeling, texturing, and optimization for real-time game environments. You’ll collaborate closely with concept artists, animators, and developers to ensure your assets enhance gameplay and meet both artistic and technical standards.
Create high- and low-poly 3D models of characters, environments, and props suitable for real-time rendering.
Develop detailed textures and materials using Physically Based Rendering (PBR) workflows.
Collaborate with technical artists and developers to ensure assets are optimized and perform well in-game.
Contribute to and help maintain art pipelines, documentation, and visual style guides.
Deliver quality assets within production schedules and handle feedback-driven iterations efficiently.
2–5 years of professional experience as a 3D artist in games or real-time media.
Proficiency in 3D art tools: Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer.
Strong understanding of clean topology, normal map baking, UV layout, and PBR texturing.
Experience integrating assets into Unity or Unreal Engine, including material setup and LOD creation.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce or Git and collaborative production workflows.
