Job Summary

The Satellite Communications Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing a dedicated team of engineers and technicians who are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of satellite communication systems. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of satellite communications engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure that satellite communication systems are installed, maintained, and optimized according to operational requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for satellite communication equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Strong technical expertise in satellite communications, RF principles, and satellite link management.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with proven experience supervising a technical team.
• In-depth knowledge of satellite network design, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in satellite communication tools, including diagnostic and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective liaison with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in satellite communications or project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
